Another crap day in terms of sleep. It would seem 1:30 is my new bedtime if the past few days have been any indication. Got 8 hours and 17 minutes of sleep, with a sleep quality of 93%. Sleep quality aside, I was tired all day and had the hardest time getting up this morning. Spent most of the day in bed watching television. I would normally do sprints on a Sunday night, but tonight I'm going to bed early.
Had bacon for breakfast and a roast chicken for dinner.
That was my day. Not that great.
