Not much to report. Mostly just a lazy day.
My sleep was terrible for some reason. I kept waking up every few hours. I ended up getting 8 hours and 2 minutes of sleep, with a sleep quality of 71%. I'm surprised it wasn't lower given the amount of times I actually woke up.
I got in my ten decline push-ups, so that's still going well. Weighed in today at 173 pounds, so one pound more than last week. My weight generally stays around there, but has been as low as 168.
Had a hamburger and salad for breakfast, and ham with assorted veggies for dinner.
And that was the extent of my day. Not all that exciting, but I do enjoy a lazy day now and then.
